Chris and the entire team at Dependable Automotive were fantastic. We were stranded out of town with our Sprinter van, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and got us safely back on the road. Pricey. However, they accommodated my emergency and got me back making money. So far I haven’t had problems with my brakes. I definitely would call them again. Unfortunately vehicles make that a certainty

Dependable Automotive in Camdenton, MO is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs. I am travelling & 500 miles from home when the cam sensor on my truck decided to act up. The Ford dealer here couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I found Dependable in my search for local mechanics & gave them a call. They were able to get me right in & verify my truck check engine code. They also found my front brake pads were getting close to needing replaced. They were able to replace brake pads & get the sensor replaced the next day. Everyone was great to deal with & made sure I knew what was going on at all times. Since they had to keep my truck overnight waiting on parts they also took me back to my camper & came to pick me up then the truck was finished. Cost of repairs was reasonable. Chris came to my car to get my ac on did not work. He then to me I need to get my ac unit charged. Estimate 180. I called to make an appointment. Paid $184.00 my ac did not work was told I had 2000.00 estimates to get it fixed. I had to get my notes to be able to explain Logan told there is not any thing he could do to help me. I live on social security. Hard to get $2000.

My car would not start, upon lifting my hood I saw the insulation was chewed up and realized it was rodents, Had it towed, and they diagnosed and repaired it. I'm happy!

Went for an inspection before getting my car licensed. All the employees, including the mechanics I encountered, were helpful and friendly. Clean waiting room, quick service and I was also notified of non-urgent issues they saw regarding my vehicle, and said they could take care of them at a later date if I booked an appointment. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely come back!
They did a professional job on time and on budget. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgable. They were even timely with the appointments that they set. I will be a repeat customer when my vehicles need work.
